As-Needed Permitting Services

It is a new and increasingly common practice for local permitting agencies to have supplemental reporting requirements that take additional staff time. Theses services are offered as needed and are priced by the specific entity's unique conditions.

Local Entity Permitting Documentation

Local permitting documents (i.e. GESC, TECS, GEC, DESC permits) are usually prepared by a project owner's engineer. When those documents are not available EarthX Environmental is able to sub-contract and coordinate the appropriate site-specific documentation/permitting.

Dewatering/Discharge Permit Coordination

Discharge permitting requirements have changed. While the application process is faster, water quality testing/drilling is required prior to application submittal which, if not planned in advance, may increase the time to get a permit. EarthX can facilitate the permit application process to include coordinating pre- and post- submittal testing, monthly reporting and any treatment process. Recently, we have found submittal data was collected during the planning stages and could be "re-purposed" for dewatering. In other cases, the appropriate specialists were on-site in other capacities we facilitated an expansion of the scope of work to speed the process.

Permanent Post Construction Stormwater Facilities

With an increased Federal emphasis on this often-neglected regulatory requirements, local governments are increasing their compliance programs to meet the Federal demand. EarthX Environmental utilizes the same compliance model and software applications to provide inspections and maintenance for both above ground and below ground detention facilities. We are able to facilitate a smooth transition from the contractors' construction permit requirements to the property owner's long-term inspection and maintenance requirements.
